About Texas Duck Club Us guys at Texas Duck Club wanted to create a site where Texas Waterfowlers could easily find what they were looking for, or maybe even something they didn’t know they needed. A place where someone with limited knowledge of either the internet (it’s not just a fad that will pass) or waterfowling (it’s not either) could find out information about an outfitter, and area to hunt, where to buy a duck boat, where to find a good dog trainer, or just to brag a little. But mostly we just wanted a site to post pics, brag, and b.s. a little bit. Membership is free and easy. You don’t even need it to browse the site. We want this to be as painless as possible, because we’ve all been to the sites that want your mom’s blood type before they will let you find out that they have no useful information about Texas. While this is a site about Texas Duck hunting, it's mostly about us. We hunt all over. We go to Canada, Missouri, South Dakota, etc. We hunt because we love it and because we must have all married well. Any woman that will put up with a lab all year long, only to lose her husband for 4 months of every year has got to be a saint. If you want to join the Texas Duck Club, it is free. I'll even send you a free t-shirt just to get rid of the damn things. We launched this site as a business, but quickly realized we didn't give a hoot about the business. We just like to kill ducks. So we threw away a couple grand on shirts, caps, and koozies. We sold a few and gave a bunch away. We ain't in it for the money. We are in it for the feathers. First and foremost, we want you to be a part of it. We'll take you huntin', and you take us. We want to be the place you come to share your stories… no matter how hard to believe. We want you to believe that our stories are true. We list some outfitters on here, but we don't give a damn if you use them or not. We would like the roports though.
